Q. What currency do you charge in?

The total price of your order will be charged in GBP £ Sterling. The amount on your card statement will be equal to the amount in your local currency.

Q. I am having difficulty placing an order?

We are sorry that you are experiencing problems placing an order with us. The solution is to contact our customer's service team using the Contact Us Page, we are always happy to help and assist you with your order. 

Q. Can I change my order once placed ? 

It is essential that you take great care while placing your order, as once your order has been confirmed; it's not possible for you to change it prior to it being dispatched.  Please contact us if your order has been placed incorrectly and we will cancel the order, this will allow you to re-order the correct items. 

Q. Do I have to pay Customs or Import Tax if I order from abroad ? 

Yes, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges, and customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to get the current charges before you make an order, so you know beforehand.

Also be aware that your parcel may be delayed by customs and also subsequent charges can be applied. We cannot accept control over this, and therefore cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. 

Q. What are the delivery details

A. We use Evri and Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Please be aware, that they may need to be signed for.

- UK Estimated Delivery Times for In Stock Items 3-7 days 

- Europe & Worldwide Estimated Delivery Times for In Stock Items 15-21 days.

The cost of shipping depends on the country we are delivering to, and weight of the package. 

To find out the price for shipping, please add all items to your cart and the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.The signature of an adult may be required upon delivery. 

Q. When will I know my order has been dispatched ? 

A. We will email you notifying you that your order has been shipped, with an order number and tracking number. With the date the product left the warehouse.

Q. What payment types do we accept ?

A. Our main payment type is through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can click the "do not have a PayPal account button" which accepts a wide range of other payment types, such as American Express, Visa Debit and Credit Card. 

Q. Can I track my order ? 

A. All orders are shipped to the billing address using use Hermes UK or Royal Mail "signed for" service. As we are unable to track the order for you, we recommend that once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track the order yourself from this point on, online. 

Q. What is each product shipped with? 

A. Each product is numbered and shipped with a certificate of authenticity card.
